General Administration Assistant
Location: Midrand, Gauteng
Position: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h30)
Hover Dynamics CC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented mature General Administration Assistant to join our team in Midrand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and accounting support functions within a busy aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer invoicing and account administration
• Supplier invoice processing and reconciliations
• Capturing and processing transactions on Pastel Accounting
• Bank statement allocations and reconciliations
• Filing and document management
• General office administration
• Assisting with company compliance and record keeping
• Providing administrative support to management and operational staff
Minimum Requirements:
• Previous experience in a general administration role
• Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting is essential
• Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable transport and residence within the Midrand area or surrounding suburbs
Advantageous:
• Experience within the aviation industry
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting background
• Experience with regulatory or compliance administration
