To reach your aspirations as a team, you need to be able to identify where you are now. Without knowing where you currently are, you won’t know which steps to take to get you where you want to be.

We just love spending time with this boy - whether it's at home, a show, or an outride. He is worth his weight in gold!
One thing we love about him is his self-confidence. No matter what comes his way, he simply takes it in his stride (quite literally!) and conquers the challenge.

Aspiration: a strong desire to achieve something high or great.
Before we can begin to work towards something, we need to know where we are going. Every goal is personal and individual. Each and every goal has its own process to success.
This can look like walking away with rosettes, feeling confident after a bad fall, or increasing your fitness.
