The game is played with a regular #5 football at a golf course on shortened holes with 53-centimetre diameter cups. Similarly to Golf, the object of the game is to get the ball into a hole (cup) in the fewest possible number of kicks. A round of FootGolf consists of playing 18 such holes. ⏳🇲🇽The countdown enters its final phase. In exactly 14 days, the global community will gather for the FIFG FootGolf Championship Acapulco 2026.
From May 27, over 60 nations and 1,200+ players will compete for the highest honors at the world-class Turtle Dunes and Tres Vidas courses. As logistics and final preparations conclude, we look forward to a tournament defined by integrity, elite performance, and international unity. The stage is set for a historic milestone in FootGolf history.
