Hi all, so it is with sincere regret that I won't be able to make it on Tuesdays for classes at 17:30. However, I will make it on Thursdays (18:00) and Fridays (18:30). Sorry for any inconvenience to everyone.

Hello everyone!!! For those coming for class at 17:30 Virgin Active SA Vodaworld today. I'm on my way... One issue is I am making way from Tshwane so I do not know what the state of the roads are like, since apparently there is a crisis and roads are blocked. So please pray for me to make it in one piece. 🙏🏽
