Welcome to 80/20Fit Milnerton! Online workouts made during lock down in 2020. What a time it was. We are very excited to welcome you to 80/20Fit Milnerton!
The Challenge, along with a Wellness Evaluation, is completely FREE of charge. We are doing this to get our local community involved and to help people lead a Healthy, Active Lifestyle! All we ask is that you be commited to the 4-Week Challenge - after all, it is to help YOU get fitter and be healthier! :-)
