We had the pleasure of hosting Tim and DiDi in the Kat River in August for their second trip with us. We always enjoy spending time with them, and they managed to take some excellent trophies including a beautiful Buffalo, Eland and Hartebeest. We look forward to planning the next adventure with them.

After a relieving break in the weather we managed to spot this old dagga boy from a distance. While stalking into him we spotted several Oxpeckers diving into the bush that gave his position away. We had to patiently wait for him to direct his attention away from us as it would’ve given our position away and after what felt like an eternity he gave us the opportunity we’d been waiting for. Gene made a great shot and followed up with a few more to ensure the deal was done. An excellent few days persevering in what was a spectacular debut buffalo for Gene. Well done again!

Sean Perkin hunted in the beautiful Stormberg mountains where he took some fantastic trophies with some very fine shooting. The highlight was his zebra in the mountains where if it wasn’t for a large rock would have plummeted over a cliff. An exciting time…

Gene has joined us on an exciting buffalo and sable combination safari. After two days with some challenging weather we got onto this old bull and Gene made a great shot to take his first trophy of the trip. Next up we’re on the tracks of a old dagga boy…

Craig and Keisha Kauffman moved up to the Stormberg from the Kat River to continue their safari. Keisha once again shot superbly to harvest a Blesbuck, White Blesbuck a magnificent Black Springbuck and Black Wildebeest as well as a very challenging Steenbuck. A great end to a truly memorable safari.

During our trip to Zambia, we had an unforgettable hunt, tracking an old Dugga Boy for 3 days before we caught proper sight of him. An excellent shot from Kris stopped the Bull on the spot.

We also had the pleasure of stalking Puku along the river banks of the Luangwa, resulting in an excellent Ram for Kris.
