IT’S FIGHT WEEK!!!

This Saturday night, five Thaiholics fighters step into the ring.

🥊 Trent (12) making his debut and becoming the youngest fighter to ever represent Thaiholics in the 15-year history of the gym.

🥊 Wian stepping into the ring for the very first time.

🥊 Caleb going into his 3rd fight.

🥊 George stepping up for his 10th fight.

🥊 Dean closing out the night, fighting for the South African WMO Middleweight Title!

Megan at Knockout Nation 7.

Defending a title is never easy, even more so when you’re doing it in your opponent’s backyard.

We unfortunately didn’t get the decision after a close, back-and-forth battle that went all the way to a split decision.

Losing is part of this sport, and part of our journey. There’s work to be put in, lessons to take from this one, and we keep moving forward.

The rematch will most likely be early 2027. ⚡️

Not entirely the result we were looking for. But we showed up and gave it our all.

Shaun Moreira faced a very strong opponent who pressured relentlessly.  We made a few adjustments and he did what he needed to do to get the win. Shaun is on a good winning streak and will be in title contention soon.

Megan Brown fought a good fight! Unfortunately we came up short on the decision. Congratulations to the new champion.
Plans are in motion for the rematch and we look forward to the challenge.

Big weekend ahead for Team Thaiholics! 🥊

Megan Brown returns to defend her WMO National Featherweight Title for the second time. Defending a title is often tougher than winning it in the first place, but we never underestimate an opponent. We put in the work, stay disciplined, and prepare to be the very best version of ourselves every time we step into the ring.

Shaun Moreira will also be in action as he makes his third walk to the ring. We’re excited to see all the hard work pay off.
