Eden Summer Slam - "Battle In The Bay"

Crossfit Charisma presented the Eden Fitness Summer Slam on 27 and 28 December 2018. Located in the beauty of Mossel Bay we attracted some of the best CrossFit athletes from all over SA! The team put together a tough and challenging event and it could be seen by the strain on the athletes after day 1. Day 2 was a team event and athletes with ALL fitness levels took part in the event.
