After identifying the need for holistic developmental projects for young people, particularly those from disadvantaged communities, to counteract the effects of social issues such as HIV/Aids, unemployment and education, VYELF was born, an organisation that would administrate programs and projects that targets the social, educational and moral development of a young person and was registered on the 22 nd March 2011.Due to a lack of funding, the organisation was dissolved late 2012. The spark of the concept of leadership training and personal Development lived on due to the need and demand for this service. Plus Vision Consultant comes as a solution to meeting that demand.
