Betrayal is one of the hardest things anyone can go through. The pain from it is excruciating, but once you decide that the pain you went through could potentially shape you into the version of yourself that you have always dreamed of becoming, you become unstoppable.

If they call you crazy for wanting clarity they haven't taken any accountability!

Someone who has taken accountability and responsibility for the pain they caused would not be worried about they're reputation they will feel awful for what they did to you.

Betrayal in healthy family system can sometimes bring a family closer.

In dysfunctional family systems you will become the crazy one and the problem!

A betrayers family and friends will always choose their side...you will be called crazy in their smeer campaign against you.

The Gaslighting and the psychological abuse is excruciating and its all done to stop you from:
1. Exposing their secrets
2. Disrupting the family system
3. Damaging their reputation

The smeer campaign against you is meant to break you but you can use the betrayal to your advantage. You can turn the pain from the betrayal into your power.

So let them!

Trust yourself you will survive the betrayal not only survive you will thrive afterwards.

Betrayal trauma causes significant damage and it take incredible strength, therapy and coaching to get over it...

Also healing isn't linear do not let anyone rush your healing!
