We’re also incredibly proud of Martinette Marais for her nomination as Coach of the Year. And what a wonderful surprise—CAPE WINELANDS GYMNASTICS received a nomination for District Federation of the Year!

A huge congratulations to our very own Cape Winelands Senior Olympic gymnasts, Zia du Toit, from Wynland Gymnastics!
Zia competed at the Rushmoor Rosebowl Gymnastic Intetnational competition in the UK over the past weekend as part of the GSA National team. In the team competition, the South Afriacn team was placed in second position👏 Zia went further , as she qualified for bars individually. She had a fantastic competition and was placed 20th out of 77 competitors. She also placed the highest out of our South African team. Zia, we are so proud of what you have accomplished! Hard work, dedication, and a team of committed coaches brought you this far. We are looking forward to walking this bright road of more personal achievements with you
