One pedal stroke after another gets every rider through the darkest moments and over the toughest climbs.😅😅😅

Uff - that was a steep 📈 & hot🔥one! Pretty decent start to make sure not to overcook💥😉, then a solid performance to the finish🏁

Cape Epic 2019 🇿🇦 - Stage 4 (Time Trial)

Wow - today was amazing💥 We were flying on the mind-blowing trails in Oak Valley🤛🏻🔥

Super happy with 44. place in Cat. and GC 49. in today's stage💨 Not far behind the "Pro" riders. In the overall race we are Cat. 59. and GC 85.

Fingers crossed it will go on like this🤞🏻

107km with 2'800m 📈

Yes, today we sent it💥 Super happy with the performance. Yannu got the legs back and was flying down the downhills💨 Really tough conditions today with rain 💦 and fog🌫 and lots of climbing with loose rocks😝

Cape Epic 2019 🇿🇦 - Stage 2

90km with 2'250m of 📈. Stage 2 looked short when compared with the triple digits of Stage 1, but the shorter distance certainly didn't make for an easy day out. 💦💦💦

Lots of sandy roads and trails made sure to get sored legs💥 Not the ideal day but we keep on fighting 👊🏻

Cape Epic 2019 🇿🇦 - Stage 1

The longest Stage of the 2019 Absa is done. 112km with 2'700m of climbing 📈 around Hermanus was on the menu.

Luckily today we had no mechanical issues. 👍🏻 We had a very good pace in the first half of the race, then Yann experieced literally his worst crisis on the bike💥.

Altough we lost many positions in the last part, we have gained 26 positions in the GC compared to yesterday. Now we are in 116. in GC and Cat. Pos. 71.

Hopefully we gonna have a perfect day tomorrow🤞🏻

That feeling when you realize a flat tire😖

Today the luck was not on our side. Until the last 5K we were around GC position 68, then we lost 5min. due to a flat tire from Gabriel.

Last 3K to the finish on the flat tire again...😡

At the finish line we ended up at Cat. Pos. 89 and GC 142.

We will be back tomorrow🔥
