Event #2 👉🏻 A Golden Oldie 🔆
〽️Starts Wednesday
〽️This route has lots of UP and lots of DOWN with very little flat sections. All of it run-able.
〽️The route is run clockwise.
〽️You can decide- strategically - if you want to start with the only flat section from Frater Square before heading up Courtrai Forest and Victoria Dam before sprinting down Jan Phillips.
〽️Or maybe you want to jump straight into the Courtrai Forest climb.
〽️Perhaps you want to loosen the legs and start with a downhill - It is all up to you!
〽️All of you will be familiar with this route as we frequently run this with our Wednesday runs.
〽️Enjoy your solo-run on this route!
