DIET

LOW CARB DIET
A low carb diet means that you eat fewer carbohydrates and higher higher proportion of fats(cauliflower, broccoli,nuts, leafy greens)
Fruit: apple , blueberry and strawberries.
dairy products: plain yogurt whole milk
Most low carb diet allow for 20 to 50g of carbs, low carbs count but a high nutritional value per serving.
1 cup of berries
1 cup of melon cubes
1 cup milk
4 slice of bread

Try doing these exercises to grow your arms, if they are not that much of a deal for you. I suggest you do super sets Reps

Legs are the most painful body part to train. You are in pain while training them, Squats 12x4.
Leg extensions 25x4.
Calve raises 45x3
Leg curls 25x4
You are even in more severe pain 4 days after training your legs.

Cable crossover 12x8

These numbers are based on how strong I am try the exercises but you can use your own number (sets and reps)
