W.O.W

Emma Raducanu's journey to US Open victory...

• Started the tournament ranked 150th in the world
• Had to go through three extra rounds of qualifying to reach the main draw
• Became the first person to play 10 matches in one Grand Slam
• Never dropped a set, never played a tie break - that's 20 sets in a row undefeated
• Became the youngest British finalist in 62 years

A remarkable three weeks which ends in the best way possible 🏆

A very well done goes out to, Olivia, Kate, Jade and Isabella for being invited to participate in the annual TSA Junior national championships, which are traditionally held in Bloemfontein. After a few warm days it suddenly turned Into all day tracksuit weather.

The girls showed grit and determination throughout the tournament and have become stronger players by playing against the best in tennis that south africa has to offer. From early morning warm ups, morning matches, afternoon matches to early evening practices, they always tried their best and always had fun.

We know what we need to do to be better, so that's what we will focus on in our lessons going forward.
