Some people prefer to do Races with their training maters or Buddies…I have 3 entries to give away..to get a Free entry for your mate you can do the following.

3. DM us once you have done so & an additional entry is yours

All roads lead to Midmar Dam on the 5th March 2023 for the inaugural Midmar Duathlon event. This is a new KZN Duathlon approved on the TSA calendar.

𝙍𝙐𝙉 – 𝘾𝙔𝘾𝙇𝙀 – 𝙍𝙐𝙉!!! 10KM RUN | 36KM BIKE | 5KM RUN in addition there will be 6KM TRAIL RUN & 12KM TRAIL RUN.
