Our Ashburton Aloe Festival Ride for Ingrid Social Gravel Cycle was well supported and we would like to thank each and every one of you π΄π»π΄π» for the support of this worthy cause and Donations, while Remembering our Special Ingrid Flint, pioneer of the Desert loop, and a special lady who had a great passion for the cause we raise funds for too.

We had a lovely group join us on our nature walk today at the Ashburton Aloe Festival Ashburton Market ..... A HUGE thank you to Ezemvelo Honorary Member Milbank for helping us lead our informative walk.
We saw: Raptors, Grey Heron, Black Pluva, Zebra, Wildebeest and a few other critters.
We will have another walk Tomorrow 6th July , 10am at Ashburton Training Centre Venue 1 of the Aloe Fest.

There is something EXTREMELY special about these Bushlands that we work so hard to protect..... the Lower Mpushini Valley Conservancy Bushlands here in Ashburton.
We arrived here to set up for the Market and were greeted by a herd of Wildebeest and Zebra happily grazing pretty much where the market will be THIS WEEKEND!
These are the animals we fund raise for to employ a full time Game Guard to remove the snares that harm them!
Join us here at the Ashburton Market , Ashburton Training Centre, on this whole weekend 5th & 6TH July - 9am to 4pm

ππ»Cyclists can meet at the Ashburton Training Centre Gate where the Market is.

Route takes you through: Lower Mpushini Valley Conservancy , then past Mountain View Entertainment Centre, into Lincoln Meade, Up to top of Hesketh, into Murray Rd, Down Murray, past back of Airport, into Bisley Nature Reserve also known as Upper Mpushini Conservancy and then back to Training Centre. A wonderful scenic Route.
