RACE 1: 13 LOVE ON TIME 12 BRISTOLBEAUFIGHTER 14 ROMANEE CONTI 5 CRESTED EAGLE
Preview: Mostly first timers so betting could prove your best guide. Of those that have run, LOVE ON TIME (13) made a smart debut in a competitive field and rates the one to beat. BRISTOLBEAUFIGHTER (12) raced green in a promising debut. Sure to come on lengths from that effort. ROMANEE CONTI (14) was a well-beaten fourth on debut but the winner looks to be a fair sort and the experience should count. CRESTED EAGLE (5) is back to a sprint. He has been disappointing but could prove best over this trip. (Andrew Harrison: 13-12-14-5)
RACE 2: 15 JULIET TANGO 7 ANCIENT EPIC 6 ANGELIC FORT 16 SCENT OF A WOMAN
Preview: Many first timers. JULIET TANGO (15) made a smart debut over course and distance. Found good market support and should make improvement. ANCIENT EPIC (7) was not far back on the Greyville poly on debut. She should come on lengths from that effort. ANGELIC FORT (6) improved nicely at her second start. Can go close here. SCENT OF A WOMAN (16) was not far back on debut and has a stronger rider aboard. (Andrew Harrison: 15-7-6-16).
RACE 3: 10 LADY YUSRA 6 LADY TIPTREE 7 BAY BREEZE 12 RIDE THE LIGHTNING
Preview: Many first timers. LADY YUSRA (10) took on winners on debut and was far from disgraced. With that run under her girth she should be competitive. LADY TIPTREE (6) tried further last run. Made a useful debut and has a stronger rider aboard here. BAY BREEZE (7) was not far off on debut. Found market support on the day and is sure to come on from that effort down the straight. RIDE THE LIGHTNING (12) has shown some promise in his two starts and the extra should suit. (Andrew Harrison: 10-6-7-12).
RACE 4: 8 NAMAQUA DOVE 16 ZUBERI 2 DROGARATI 12 GET CARTER
Preview: NAMAQUA DOVE (8) has improved with every start. He gets a very much in form rider aboard here and should make a bold bid. ZUBERI (16) is drawn on the opposite side of the course when runner-up to the strongly fancied Mr Master Starter. He has taken time to shed his maiden. DROGARATI (2) has come on with each run. He should be ready now. GET CARTER (12) improved nicely second time out. The stable is hitting form. (Andrew Harrison: 8-16-2-12).
RACE 5: 5 RAIN WEAR 2 PAPILLION 9 BIJOUX 1 EMERALD ISLA
Preview: RAIN WEAR (5) has been runner-up in her last three. She should be able to go one better here. PAPILLION (2) has been consistent on the poly at recent outings. Can do better back on the turf. BIJOUX (9) was much improved last run at long odds. Could be coming to hand. EMERALD ISLA (1) is seldom far back but was due to race on Saturday. (Andrew Harrison: 5-2-9-1).
RACE 6: 1 FLYING FIRST CLASS 7 TOP ME UP HOLLY 11 PANNA COTTA 10 RISE
Preview: Tough handicap. FLYING FIRST CLASS (1) was a narrow winner first up for her new stable. She can come on from that effort and from a good draw can follow up. TOP ME UP HOLLY (7) took on stronger last run when recording back-to-back wins. She has yet to miss a place and should be right there again. RISE (10) has gone close at her last two. She is in good form. PANNA COTTA (11) has her first run for a new stable. She took on stronger last run and is one to watch. (Andrew Harrison: 1-7-11-10).
RACE 7: 4 MRS HOTLINE 11 DREAM DESTINY 2 BEFORE NOON 13 CLOUDS OF WITNESS
Preview: Difficult handicap. MRS HOTLINE (4) looked a winner before Saint Phillip collared her close home. She stays well and from a good draw can go close again. DREAM DESTINY (11) has shown his best over course and distance. Tricky draw but has a top ride aboard. BEFORE NOON (2) has his third run after a break. Caught the eye last run and over his optimum trip. CLOUDS OF WITNESS (13) is way better than his form would suggest. Stays well and has a smart claimer aboard. GREAT AFFAIR (1) is lightly raced and stays well. From a good draw may have more to come. (Andrew Harrison: 4-11-2-13-1).
RACE 8: 1 KAPEN PRIDE 4 MR GONZALES 8 TEICHMAN 13 VALIDUS
Preview: KAPEN PRIDE (1) has come on nicely at recent starts and has been taking on stronger at recent starts, He does switch to the turf but has the best of the draw. MR GONZALES (4) is not the easiest but showed something like his best form last run. TEICHMAN (8) has come on nicely at recent starts but does come down in distance which could be a problem. VALIDUS (13) is way better than his last run when tried in blinkers. Blinkers come off. (Andrew Harrison: 1-4-8-13).
RACE 9: 8 BLAZE OF SILK 14 PRINCEKRESH 15 WIZZ OF ODDS 5 KINGS ROAD
Preview: BLAZE OF SILK (8) is at his best over course and distance. Narrowly beaten at his last two and can go one better here. PRINCEKRESH (14) was well supported in the betting last run over course and distance when back on the turf. He can follow up. WIZZ OF ODDS (15) has taken time to come down in the handicap but goes well this course and distance even though taking on males. KINGS ROAD (5) has smart form on the poly. He won well last run and can follow up if he takes to the turf. VALIENTE (3) goes well this trip and is a must include in all calculations. (Andrew Harrison: 8-14-15-5-3).
RACE 10: 4 HAIL COLUMBIA 12 DANDOLO 10 WAYWARD 9 GAYLEARCTIC STAR
Preview: Another difficult race. HAIL COLUMBIA (4) has shown above average ability but is not the easiest. He needed his last start and seems sure to improve. DANDOLO (12) beat course and distance specialist Blaze Of Silk last run. He has a handy weight and can follow up. WAYWARD (10) gives apprentice Donald Geerthsen his second ride. He is a more than competent apprentice and Wayward is down in class. GAYLEACTIC STAR (9) has not been too far back on the poly. She takes on males but is useful. (Andrew Harrison: 4-12-10-9).
