Made these Banana and Oat biscuits as a snack for the week 😍 These are super healthy and only use 3 ingredients!😮

Ingredients:
~2 large ripe bananas
~2 tablespoons cocoa powder
~1 cup of oats

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Mash the bananas
3. Add cocoa powder to the mashed bananas
4. Add the oats. Add in small amounts first, you might not need the full cup depending on how big your bananas are. The mixture should resemble cookie dough.
5. Place mixture on a greased pan and shape into biscuits.
6. Place in the oven for 10-15 min
7. Smash them in your face😍😍😍

You can also add in nuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes etc. These biscuits are really yummy and make a perfect healthy snack for on the go!

1 month transformation! 😁💪🔥

A bit of background info: this client had a disc replacement surgery 4 months ago, so we've been very careful with the exercises he's been doing. There were quite a few cardio exercises that we couldn't do such as burpees, jumping jacks, skipping etc. but we managed to achieve an amazing result of almost 4 kgs weight loss in 4 weeks! Baring in mind in the 2nd week he tweaked a muscle in his ankle that stopped him from doing legs for the last 2 weeks which also meant a lot of the cardio work that he could do had to be put on hold too. But we were able to adapt and did a lot of core, ab and arm work, and managed to include a bit of cardio!💪 He also didn't start a diet, but started being more aware of what he was eating. I am so very very proud of the results thus far. I'm looking forward to see what the next month will bring!😁
