Cycling sessions and plans for mtb and road
I love edibles. KZN XCO #3. It was wet, it rained. It was sandy, which helped and it was forest slippery, which I can ride. Because we generally go puzzle outside in trails when it is wet, I can ride wet rails ( and everyone that I guide through training can ride wet trails too!) It shows you, experience makes a difference! Top 10 in the mixed B batch too! And I definately beat everyone in gumboots next to the track! 😆

Well, there you have it, heart rate is influence by the speed you are in control of. Alex Rinns' heartrate during this weekends MotoGP. Is that what happens to you on your e-bike? 😆😆 just asking!

So, we are having a combined provincial cup with the cool Freestate dudes and dudettes. I get it, that you don't want to be shown up for having dificulty with technical riding, or that you feel unfit. Have you ever even TRIED a XCO? Well, we'll be there. Perhaps I get to admire your bravery in asking me and Casper for help to ride the course and learn about the discipline. Or perhaps 2026 will just be the same-old same-old for you!
