WALK IN CRAWL OUT Strapped Up Fitness Centre is a hardcore training facility for serious bodybuilding gains and massive weight loss.

Come train with some of Pietermaritzburg's strongest bodybuilders. This is a unisex gym and we have some seriously dedicated ladies training at our facility. We offer free personal training and we are open seven days a week. The gym is situated in the down town area, close to all taxi routs at 531 Pietermaritz Street upstairs from Zees Music store, next to Nelson Mandela Park.
