As Running 4 Vibz we don’t just run and end there, we care about one another💚

Today we had one of our own, Anele Ndlovu share with us the importance of speaking up and asking for help when it comes to our mental health. Such a powerful and much-needed conversation.

We were also honoured to have the Pietermaritzburg Mental Health Society present to offer us their services and remind us that help is available and accessible. 🙏🏾

Thank you sis Anele for creating a safe space and thank you to PMB Mental Health Society for the work you do in our community. It’s okay not to be okay, and asking for help is strength, not weakness💚
