PLETTIES RISE TO VICTORY IN KNYSNA STARS’ BACKYARD!

15–19. FULL TIME. THE PLETTIES GET THE JOB DONE! 💪🏆

The lights were shining, the atmosphere was electric, the clashes were fierce, and the rugby was absolutely 🔥! Friday night at Knysna Safe-Hub delivered everything we expected and more, as the Pletties edged out Knysna Stars in a thrilling contest on their home turf!

A massive result for the Pletties, who showed heart, determination and plenty of promise to walk away with the W! 👏🏽

🎙️ COACHES’ CORNER
Coaches Heini and Siya were delighted with the result, but they're keeping their feet firmly on the ground:

"It wasn't easy, and there's still a lot to work on, but we take the W! This result came after only three training sessions, so yes, things were a bit messy at times, but the potential is definitely there, and we hope to improve going forward.
The travelling fans were amazing tonight, and the boys appreciate each and every person who came out to support them. This is what brings people together." ❤️🏉

THREE TRAINING SESSIONS. ONE UNITED TEAM. A VICTORY TO BUILD ON! 🔥

There's something special about these combined teams. They give us the opportunity to witness exciting new combinations, different playing styles and talented players from various leagues sharing the same pitch. It's about unity, learning from one another, building connections and giving the fans something special to cheer for!

Hats off to every player who took the field tonight. You were absolutely fabulous! 👏🏽 We knew this was always going to be a tight affair, and both teams gave us a contest worth watching.

To the Knysna Stars, thank you for the challenge. To the travelling Pletties supporters, your presence and energy did not go unnoticed!

The first chapter has been written, but there's still plenty more to come…

WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT MATCH!

Something good is brewing, and trust us… YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS WHAT'S NEXT! 🏉🔥

May you continue to grow as a player, a coach, and a person. Never lose that humility, dedication, and hardworking attitude that make you who you are. Keep putting in the work, leading by example, and inspiring those around you. 💪🏉

Your talent may get you noticed, but your attitude and character are what set you apart! 🔥

From your rugby family, we wish you many more years of happiness, good health, success, and countless memorable moments on and off the field.

Enjoy your special day, Vuksie! Keep shining, keep grinding, and keep being YOU! ❤️🖤

💥 THE BATTLE OF THE 10s! 💥

Another mouth-watering duel is coming your way, and this one promises to be an absolute cracker!

🔵 NORA – KNYSNA STARS Currently on fire! His distribution game is a serious weapon, putting his centres into space and creating opportunities every time he gets his hands on the ball.

🔴 VUKS – PLETTIES Known for his flair, creativity and deadly finishing, Vuks is ready to bring the heat! Give him half a gap, and he could turn it into something special. ⚡🔥

Two playmakers. Two different styles. One massive showdown!

Who will take control of the game? Will Nora's slick distribution unlock the defence, or will Vuks' magic and finishing steal the show?
