EXPLORE - BREATHE - MOVE - PLAY - FEEL

Baby Yoga and Adult core for 75min on Mondays, 10am at Breathe Studio (Upper Floor of Look Out Centre, Plett) for babies 6 weeks and older. Please feel free to share this offering with mothers of babies that you know.
An offering that says come as you and your baby are.
That means come with baby vomit on your shoulder and your hair unbrushed. If you’re late because you just couldn’t get out the door on time, we understand and say join us still.
Come with your craggy sleep deprived heart on your sleeve to be held safely with care in a space for mothers and babies. We don’t mind if your baby cries for the entire session. We don’t mind if you cry as well.
We don’t mind if your baby falls asleep and you take the opportunity to have a nap on the mat instead of doing core work. If you need to stop and feed your baby in whatever way you do, we say go ahead.
We offer these sessions backed by the knowing of what a beautiful mess motherhood can be.
• Movement, Core and Pelvic floor work for mothers.
• Brain Gym, Massage and all sorts for babies.
• Movement and Dancing together.
