Here's a quick good news story about how I recently put these tools to work in my own life.

It's a reminder that taking consistent action to create your dream or reach your goals is often challenging and pushes you out of your comfort zone, which makes sense because you're creating something new.

So keep doing the do even though it feels hard at times, because the outcome you want is on the other side of your dedication to consistent action.
