Enjoying the WKF U21, Junior & Cadet Karate World Championships in Venice Italy. Such an intoxicating experience. We done to our Protea Karate Squad. You held your own on the toughest platform. So proud of you all, Green & Gold was noticed today.

After 6 years of no kumite I take the silver at the KSA Open. Two elbow operations kept me out of competition. Feeling accomplished BUT sore😬🤦🏻‍♂️🙏🏼🥋 Osu! Thank you to all my supporters and family who believed in me. Now back to kata comps!!! 😂
