Who said dancing isn't a workout?! 💃🔥

These are just some of the calories we burned in our dance fitness class! 🥵 A whole lot of dancing, a whole lot of fun, and a proper workout without it feeling like one!

We had another fun time with the Netbal girls from hs_pietersburg. It’s always a joy hosting these girls and we think it’s about time that the girls and boys have a dance off to see who can hold out the longest.😉🕺🏼💃🏻

Thank you for bringing the heat and keeping the vibes flowing!
