4 races, 4 silver medals
Hard work and dedication is key...

March month....

Wow, so this month has been amazing, here's what's happend...

10 to 12th was Openwater SA Champs
Got a Gold in 3km woman's multi disability category
19th was SA Africa triathlon champs in NMBM
Got gold in sprint distance PTS5 class
25th 5km Bellbouy open water race, let's just say... it was tough. And I finished!
This month has been awesome, overwhelmed by the support of various organizations to help enable disabled athletes.
I hope to keep the consistency going and the training towards my goal of completing 1 70.3IM distance.

It's been a minute.....
In all the no post time, so much has happened.
Mosselbay IM70.3 completed as a relay
Competed in some open water events, made our provincial team for ladies 3km multi disability class.
Trained hard, prepared well then got a self inflicted injury while riding my mtb 2 weeks before nationals.
Anyway....fast forward to race day.
11 March 2023, 1st time I've represented my province in any sport.
Competed at the national open water champs in Jeffs.
Gold 🏅 1st place

Overwhelmed and humbled, 1st time ever.
God is good!

This weekend I did ocean training, after a long month off.
I need to get back to the sea, conditions were ice cold but we had to get it done.
Less than 7 weeks to IM 70.3 mosselbay
