My name is Molly Blue and this is my body transformation.
I started my journey about 6 years ago and it is one that I will be on for the rest of my life π
Once I realized how unhealthy my lifestyle was, I took drastic action to switch it around for the better π±
I dedicated a lot of time, blood, sweat and tears to programme not only my body, but my mind too ππΌββοΈ
After a lot of trial and error, assistance and hard work, I started seeing the results I've been working so hard for πͺπΌππΌ
Throughout this journey I also discovered that I have a deep love and passion for understanding how the human body works, and decided to enroll myself at to become a certified Personal Trainer π

Let's talk about the benefits of eating oats:
Oats are considered a natural superfood, which means it is a nutrient-rich food seen as beneficial to your health.
It is 100% whole grain with minimal processing, and contains vitamins, minerals and fibre π±
It's a great source of energy to kickstart your day and it keeps you feeling fuller for longer too πͺπΌ
I eat 30g every morning with a few blocks of sugar free dark chocolate, about 10g of sugar and salt free peanut butter and a cut up banana.

What's your favorite thing to have for breakfast? π
When the warm Summer days are upon us, smoothies are definitely my go-to π€€ππΌ
One of my best combos would definitely be:
2 Bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar and salt free peanut butter
Half an avo
So refreshing, SO delicious, filled with nutrients and will keep you full and energized for a long time!
Remember, not everyone's calories and training is the same, so make sure you adjust the ingredients to your personal intake πΌ
