🔧 Qualified Technician? Your Next Move Could Be Pop’s.

If you’re an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in doing things properly, we’d like to talk to you.

Pop’s Auto Shop is growing, and we’re looking for a qualified Automotive Technician to join our team in Port Elizabeth.

This isn’t just another workshop position. We offer an immaculate, well-organised workshop, modern tools and equipment, an above-average salary, and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

We’re looking for someone with:

A recognised automotive technician qualification
At least 5 years’ experience as a qualified technician
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Solid mechanical knowledge
A valid driver’s licence
Pride in their workmanship and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

If you’re good at what you do and looking for a workshop where your skills, experience and workmanship are valued, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

You don’t need to overthink it. Send us your CV and let’s have a conversation.

A little time out of the workshop and onto the green! ⛳🚗

The Pop’s team had a great day out at the Linkside Pre-Primary School Public Page Golf Day at the PE Golf Club, connecting with the community, sharing a few laughs and, of course, bringing a bit of that Pop’s spirit along with us.

Because while we take looking after your car seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. 😄

16/09/2026

Costs are climbing, but looking after your car shouldn’t mean compromising on quality.

At Pop’s Auto Shop, we’ll always try harder to get the best possible pricing on quality parts and oils - and wherever we can save, we pass those savings on to our customers.

What doesn’t change is the Pop’s standard. You’ll still get the same care, quality workmanship and friendly, helpful service from a team you can trust.

Got a written quote for a service or repair? Give Pop’s a chance to match or beat it.

Better value. Same Pop’s quality. Same Pop’s care.
