Some of you may be unaware of recent allegations circulating on social media, and I feel it is important to address them directly.

It has been claimed that I am a scammer who takes deposits, blocks clients, and fails to deliver horses. There are also accusations that I operate under multiple names, use different accounts, and post stolen content as my own, as well as deny viewings.

I would like to clarify the following:

• I do request a non-refundable deposit only when a buyer wishes to have a horse held off the market for a specified period. This is standard practice, as I may turn away other potential buyers during that time. The deposit serves as compensation for lost opportunities should the sale not proceed. I have never taken a deposit and then blocked a client.

• I operate under one name only — Kaylee Ryan. This is my personal Kaylee Ryan and this is my business account Kaylee's Equestrian Sales and these are my only accounts, and I use a single WhatsApp number for all communication.

• The horses I advertise are often listed on behalf of clients who have entrusted me to sell their horses. I do not steal or misrepresent content.

• I strongly encourage viewings. I would never deny a potential buyer the opportunity to see a horse. If an in-person viewing is not possible, I provide additional videos, photos, and information to ensure full transparency.

To the individual responsible for spreading these false allegations: please be advised that I take this matter seriously. I am prepared to pursue legal action for defamation of character. My lawyers have already been informed.
