Good start to the new season for our team-mate Luke Norris.
8 prelims and 4 finals (2 swum) with two nice PBs in 200m and 100m breaststroke to start the 3 days & rounding it off with 3 secs PB on his 200 IM🎉🎉
200 fly never an easy event - bronze medal🥉
Safe travels and all the best for the 2nd and 3rd leg in Knysna and Cape Town.
