MEDITATION - WHAT I TEACH

I teach meditation to anybody who needs to learn to control stress and anxiety, learn to focus better, increase creativity and productivity and generally lead a calmer life without sacrificing productivity and being an integral part of society.

When the vessel is empty there’s nothing to pour. Learning to meditate and practicing meditation is taking care of yourself first. When you’re operating on a level of calmness at all times, the influence on people around you and in situations that are stressful is calming.

Our information sessions take place on specific Wednesday evenings at 19h00 and info sessions are free. The course takes place on the weekend immediately following the information session. An hour of your time on the Saturday or Sunday, whichever day suits you best. We gather two days later on a Tuesday again at 19h00 as a group of meditators to fine-tune your meditation experience.
