Just like that, another Hel's Angels Body Transformations challenge comes to an end – the 5AM Club!

What a privilege it is to be part of such an incredible group of women, lifting each other up, training together, and constantly encouraging one another. The support, accountability, and energy in this group is something truly special.

Three years later, I couldn’t be more proud to finally be at my ideal weight, muscle mass, and body fat percentage. It has taken hard work, dedication, and many early mornings, but wow… it has been so worth it. This journey has proven that consistency, the right guidance, and a supportive community can truly change your life.

Helen Ashley Mentzel aka Helly – without you, I would never have been able to do this. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me when I needed it most, and creating an environment where women can grow stronger both physically and mentally.

Timothy Young aka Timtay – thank you for pushing me and for being the best partner throughout this journey that I could ever have asked for.

Over the last three years I’ve gone from 71/100 to 87/100.

This challenge alone:
* 3.2 kg weight loss
* Increased muscle mass by 1.2 kg
* Decreased body fat by 5.4%

Overall results:
* 18.5 kg total weight loss
* 15.4% total body fat loss
* Visceral fat reduced from level 15 to level 6
* 2 Pant sizes down

The numbers are great, but the biggest win is the strength, confidence, and discipline that comes from showing up at 5AM with an incredible group of women who motivate each other every single day.

I cannot imagine spending my mornings anywhere else. If you’re looking for a supportive fitness community that delivers real results, Hels Angels is truly something special.

Thanks again 😇😇😇s🩷for another successful Challenge!! Some amazing results so far !! 👏🏼👏🏼💪🏻🔥Congratulations 🍾 really super proud of you ALL.... this just makes my job so rewarding seeing all these positive changes! I am so privileged that I get to train with the most awesome, strong, beautiful women each and every day and I will never take a session or day for granted ! This is absolutely the reason why I started this group and I love what I do ! It all started when Tazz and I were talking around a braai 🍾11 years ago realizing there was a desp need for a womens training group… and the rest is history. So many 😇s have been with me from the start and its big part of why I continue to teach! I try keep it exciting , current and structured and give everything you need to get the best results and obviously ofcourse its how we live and breathe!!! 🤣💪🏻🔥Remember : we all have things that we going through and have to deal with , but somehow after a good workout everything seems alot clearer 🤣😅and it makes our day more manageable 🤣🤣…and we realize we not alone ! This is extremely special group (very special in fact) and its def the reason why I continue to do this every day . Not to mention friendships bonds I made over the years and continue to make for life. Please always be remember to be kind ..you never know what an 😇 maybe going through.
