🚀 SETH RADEMEYER: A BREAKOUT SEASON TO REMEMBER!

While we’re a little late to the party, we’re far from done celebrating Seth Rademeyer’s historic 2024/2025 track campaign—one that announced him as South Africa’s next sprint sensation!

It all started at the ASA Age-Group Champs in Cape Town (28 March), where Seth grabbed his first national medal (U/16 200m 🥈) with a blistering run. But that was just the spark 🔥…

A week later, at the SA High Schools Championships, he ignited the track again:

✔️ 🥇 GOLD in the 100m (hello, fastest kid in the country!)
✔️ 🥈 SILVER in the 200m (double podium dominance!)

From breakthrough to takeover, Seth’s speed is writing a legacy.

🎉 Celebrating Asiphe Jesile’s Stellar Achievement! 🎿

We are bursting with pride for Asiphe Jesile, our very own star, who blazed through the track at the South African Schools Athletics Championships! 🌟

🏅 12th Place Overall – Girls U/15 200m
⏱️ New Personal Best – 26.56s (her highest finish at nationals!)

This incredible performance sets a strong foundation for the upcoming season, and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next. The future is bright, Asiphe! 🚀

🏆 Celebrating Aasif Lagardien’s Grit & Glory! 🏆

Despite battling a hamstring injury, Aasif Lagardien showed true heart and determination, securing a credible 14th place overall finish in the Boys U/17 200m at the South African Schools Athletics Championships! 💪🔥

His ”never-say-die” attitude on the track is an inspiration to us all. We are immensely proud of his achievement and the courage he displayed. This is just the beginning—keep shining, Aasif! ⚡️

What a weekend for Kieran Frösler at the South African Schools Athletics Championships!

🔥 New PB Alert! Kieran smashed his personal best in the U/19 400m with a blistering 47.99, clinching 4th place in a fiercely competitive race—proof of his relentless dedication!

🥉 Relay Glory! He capped off his campaign by helping Team Eastern Cape secure a BRONZE MEDAL in the 4x100m relay, showcasing his speed and teamwork.
