Lockdown giving you Lower Back Pain?
Try these exercises to stretch and strengthen your back and supporting muscles.
Don’t forget to warm up your muscles before stretching them.
Start slowly and increase the number/timing of exercises as they get easier.
Remember if you have severe back pain, consult your doctor.
Partial crunches
Bridging

If you have been sitting too long..... time to work on those GLUTES!!

Hip lifts 60 secs
Mountain climbers 60 secs
Walking lunges 60 secs alt legs
Side lunges 30 secs each side
Deadlifts 60 secs
Donkey kicks 30 secs per leg
Fire hydrants 30 secs per leg
Sumo squats 60 secs
Squats 60 secs
High knees 60 secs

If it’s Wednesday it’s Arms and Upper Body Day!

If you do not have small handheld dumbbells, two plastic water filled bottles will also do.

Don’t forget your stretches!

2 Sets - 10 Reps per set:

Tricep Dips
Dumbbell pec flys

Tricep kickbacks
Bicep curls
