Be a sweetheart and bring any BREAD TAGS and PLASTIC BOTTLE TOPS to the race on Saturday 17 October. The Sweethearts Foundation recycles tags and bottle tops to raise funds that go towards buying wheelchairs for those in need. Crusaders will have a drop-off point for the tags and bottle tops at African Sky's on race day, and you also can drop them off at the club if you are collecting your race entry the night before.

Crusaders were out in force in the Bestmed Madibaz races in Summerstrand this morning, 36 members hit the road 💪👏🤗, well done to Angela and Maggie who podiumed in the 10km in their age group categories and Sue and Joan who also got a podium position in the 21.1km. A number of members celebrated their Personal Best times by ringing the bell, and some first time runners as well. A great turnout in beautiful weather 👏🤗 🔥
