🌊 Beach Training Weekend, Back to Basics 💪
This weekend we took our training to the sand and made it unforgettable!
With the ocean as our backdrop, our team powered through strong kihon, balancing their kata, and some fun conditioning that left everyone breathing heavy.(and a little sandy!)🏖️
Training on the beach is always a favourite - it builds strength, balance, focus, and that unbreakable karate spirit in the most enjoyable way possible.

First steps on the big stage! 🥋 So many of our students competed for the very first time this weekend, and our seniors stepped back into the spotlight for the first time this year—in ages! Watching you all show such heart and courage filled us with incredible pride and joy. A huge thank you to our amazing parents—not just for cheering on your own kids, but for lifting up every dojo child along the way with your endless support. This is what true family looks like. We're so proud of you all! 🙌🥋
