The International Horseback Archery Alliance (IHAA) is hosting an international World Grand Prix competition in the form of a virtual postal match, and South Africa is one of the countries to enter a team for this competition.

MAASA is excited to announce the SA team to compete in this exciting event! Congratulations to all the riders, we wish them well in their preparations for competition day, which will take place in October - more details to follow shortly on our Events page.

There are approximately 32 countries taking part across 4 continents, and we are looking forward to seeing our mounted archers in action against an international field.

As per government and SAEF directives, no spectators will be allowed, but we will publish all the action as it happens, along with results. Keep an eye on our page for updates!
