Only at Pik's Gym will you get weights for those who can 💪🏻. Gold 1 is 74kg each, Gold 2 & 3 will soon be finished. Come and dumbbell press these boys without any assistance needed. Rules: pick it up yourself, do 12 reps by yourself and put them down on the floor gently.
