It’s been scientifically proven that the only physical activity to offer strong protection against dementia is frequent dancing. Just look at the numbers:

📖 Reading – 35% reduced risk of dementia
🚲 Bicycling & swimming – 0%
🧩 Doing crossword puzzles at least 4x a week – 47%
⛳ Playing golf – 0%
💃 Dancing frequently – 76% reduced risk ✨

A major 2024 study analyzing 218 trials and over 14,000 participants found that dancing is the single most effective activity for reducing depression symptoms. In fact, it outperformed walking, jogging, yoga, tai chi, strength training — and even some standard treatments like antidepressants and talk therapy.
