MY PREGNANCY REBOUNDING JOURNEY | WEEK 28 🤰🏼
28 weeks pregnant and still jumping… although these days I'm pretty sure my baby is doing more bouncing inside me than I am on the trampoline! 😂🤣
But today’s post isn’t really about the jumping. It’s about something that pregnancy has made me think about a little more…
There’s something about being pregnant that makes you want your mom. 🥹 The comfort, the hugs, the advice, someone to just look at you and say, “Ag shame, my girl.” 😂 Someone who understands without you having to explain why you’re emotional over literally NOTHING.
And then there’s my husband… the man who decided to move me all over the country like we’re on some kind of national relocation tour. 🤣 So here I am, pregnant with baby number two, trying to navigate all the emotions, the growing belly, the swollen feet, and the fact that my mom isn't just around the corner whenever I need her.
BUT… God knew what He was doing when He placed me in this community. ❤️
Because somewhere along the way, my studio clients became so much more than people who come to jump.
They became family. 🥹 They became the people who check in on me, encourage me, laugh with me, support me, and give me a sense of belonging and structure, even when life feels a little upside down.
And do they let me get away with anything? Absolutely not! 😂 They still expect me to show up, still expect their classes, and still keep me accountable. Pregnancy or no pregnancy, apparently there's no maternity leave from being part of the Trampoline Squad family! 🤣
You might think you're just coming to jump for an hour… but you're giving me so much more than that. ❤️
28 weeks pregnant, still jumping, still growing, still emotional, still questioning my husband's relocation decisions… but SO incredibly grateful for this village. 😂🤰🏼❤️
