The opening days of racing in Brisbane have given us plenty to celebrate.

Every rider who has lined up in the gate has represented our community with determination, courage and sportsmanship.

Congratulations to our riders on their performances so far.

And of course, a huge congratulations once again to Nicholas Viljoen, who became South Africa's first World Championship finalist of the week, earning an outstanding W7 world ranking. 👏

The journey isn't over yet.

Tomorrow, Daniel Viljoen, Zack Fourie and Matthew Fulton will be taking the gate and we'll be cheering them on all the way!

Today is the final practice day at the 2026 UCI BMX Racing World Championships in Brisbane before racing gets underway.

It's one last opportunity for our riders to fine tune their lines, make final bike adjustments, build confidence, and prepare themselves for the challenge ahead.

Months of training have led to this point. Tomorrow, the gate drops!

Today, our team heads to the track for Practice Day 1 at the 2026 UCI BMX Racing World Championships in Brisbane.

It's the first opportunity for our riders to experience the championship track, dial in their bikes, build confidence, and put the finishing touches on their preparations before racing gets underway.
