Today we Did the De Wild adventure Nature reserve one of the most organized trails I’ve been too so far. The marking on this trail are perfect there zero chance of losing your path.its very Moderate difficult yet enjoyable

We did the 12,5km hike it was real workout my legs felt so good the next day. The host was friendly even told us to call him or send him a picture if we get lost or had any emergencies and he would come to us.

Ingredients:
Warm Water
Lemon or Lime (2 lemons)
Fresh Ginger (cut into tiny cubes)
Preparation Instructions:
Heat the Water
Pour water into a pot and let it warm up until it’s hot (but not boiling).

Add Lemon Juice
Squeeze the juice of two lemons into the hot water. Then, cut another lemon into slices and add it to the mix for extra flavor and benefits.

Add Ginger

Stir and Steep
