Good afternoon FEANS.
Bit of a tough one to announce but we feel its highly important to be as transparent as we can be and we want to do so publicly.

Unfortunately one our main service partners, through whom we did most of our custom work, decided to close shop end of 2023. This has meant we have had to go on a search for new service providers.
As you know, all our gear is custom made, every accessory we sell generally calls for custom work. Every angler wants the perfect fit to their custom boat and equipment set ups.

Not every service provider is keen to take on small batch work or full custom work that remains price competitive.

We have suffered BIG delays which has hurt our service delivery to you and we couldn't apologise enough! To add to this, many suppliers are trying to work around load shedding and material supply shortages with regards to imports.

We are working as hard as we can to get orders out to our clients as fast as we can.
We sincerely apologise for the length of time its currently taking to get your custom gear to you.
