Culling animals - should be a - profesional operation, conducted effectively and efficiently ... with respect to life! ... 15 shots / animal rights abuse - is totally unexceptable !!!!

Mark Banasiak says the NPWS culling was so deplorable that "if it were recreational hunters, we'd be crucified". He also says the RSPCA has a serious conflict of interest in overseeing these culls, given the way the official report glossed over the clear animal welfare issues.
