THE 'SMALL WINS'

As athletes, the small wins we make on a daily basis are often things that we can so easily over-look or take for granted. For example, being early to practice and getting in a good warm up, completing a tough practice when you weren’t feeling 100%, or achieving a personal best in the gym. By taking the time to recognize and celebrate the ‘small wins’, you not only grow your wall of confidence, but increase your motivation and desire to work even harder.
