The Wolfaardt Wilderness Trail

About two weeks back we introduced a new trail on the border of Mpumalanga and Limpopo, The Wolfaardt Trail. An amazing two-day hike but unfortunately man kind handed us lemons and on the 17th of April we made lemonade!
We had a small group of hikers, excited for a journey through the raw African bushveld. Soon all the hikers were on the trail and in deep search of Waldo 😅 Some hikers got lost and some returned way to quick just to find out that the trail is not over yet, and back in they went to finish what would have been day one.

It was a challenging hike, a new way of exploring what nature had to offer and in the end it was one big adventure for all the hikers.

We had a group of 5 women that were sleeping over on the mountain for the night, @ Camp 1.1. They were making lemonade all the way training for their big up coming trail at Fish River Canyon. They were amazing, taking every challenge head on and I wish them all the luck for the BIG one 🐟.

I would like to thank all the hikers for coming out to enjoy the trail with us. It was awesome meeting all of you and I hope to see you guys on the next trail! ⛰️
