What a privilege to be able to ride your in some of the best trails in the world! 🌍 taking part in .africa in Wellington, styling some amazing kit! Living with is something I embrace fully, have peace with it, love utilising it as a tool to inspire others and optimize other diabetics lives and truly consider it an unfair advantage! I have had to overcome massive mental struggles initially after being diagnosed with type1diabetes 🩸 and thought my life as I knew it was over! Now, I can assist other people also going through struggles by becoming a life coach which provides a platform to help others still reach their potential in spite of living with diabetes and keep hope alive of an amazing life on earth! With amazing advocacy organisations like and .org.za we can collectively help make other diabetics lives better even if it’s just by 1%.

Styling it in our endurance cycling kit that kept us cool on a hot day out! What a privilege it is to ride bikes living with ! Anything is possible! With the amazing Libre 2 we were able to manage our blood sugars during the race effortlessly! 🩸
