This is a timed team event featuring doubles and mixed doubles only. Teams will be grouped into categories based on their representing tennis club, primary school, or high school. Matches will run from 08:00 to 12:00, with each match lasting 30 minutes. The doubles pair with the highest score at the end of the match secures the win for their team.

Participants may enter individually, as a doubles pair, or as a complete team consisting of two men (boys) and two women (girls). The event organizer, Louis du Plooy, will assist in arranging partners for incomplete entries.

The Waverley Club sent a team to the Amex Interclub Championship last Saturday 30th of May for the first time.
Our most gifted and courageous players compete in the A Division. Congratulations to Louis Du Plooy, Reghard Engelbrech, Tracy Joubert, Jason Black, and Cornelia Du Plooy on placing fifth in the competition.

One women's doubles team, one men's doubles team, and one mixed doubles team competed. The winner of each round was determined by best out of three points.

The entire Waverley Club was extremely proud of you. Your involvement in representing our club for the first time changed everything and inspired all aspiring tennis players.

We appreciate your support in our DUPR Saturday, Waverley Club. We enjoy watching players grow; each time you step onto the court, you learn something new, but the essence of being a good player remains constant. Both on and off the courts, you have demonstrated true sportsmanship.

We are delighted to announce that our mixed tennis league teams have achieved outstanding results in the 2026 season. Despite fierce competition, every team demonstrated unwavering dedication and perseverance, ultimately leading to triumph.

FRIENDLY REMINDER:
👉You are free to select your partner and stick with your partner throughout the tournament. (If you join, you must have a partner already.)
👉Based on your individual doubles ratings, you and your partner should be in the same DUPR category. NO restrictions with your combined DUPR.
👉All players must have a DUPR account in order to join the tournament.
